These Terms govern the purchase of digital content from QuizVibe, operated by an individual seller based in the Republic of Kazakhstan ("we", "us") by any person completing a purchase on this site ("you").

1. What you buy

We provide access to digital entertainment content: a personalized text reading generated from a test you have completed. The content is for entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice (see the Disclaimer).

2. Payment and delivery

• The price is shown on the result page before payment.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider by card or other available methods.
• Access unlocks automatically after the provider confirms your payment: on the result page and via a personal link sent to your email. The link does not expire.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked, by writing to 10step.distribution@gmail.com. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

4. Limitation of liability

The content is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on entertainment content.
